The developed end-of-line (EOL) test system can be used for both visual and electrical testing. The test box is specifically designed for small batch production and offers the flexibility required by the user. The part holders are highly adaptable thanks to the use of 3D printing. In addition, both the electronic and optical testing systems are designed for maximum flexibility. A new test routine or part type can be integrated quickly and efficiently with minimal setup effort.

A major area of industrial software development is control systems engineering, including the acquisition and processing of process and performance data. The company Vorhauer Chiptuning, based in Attnang-Puchheim, was supported in the software implementation of a performance test bench. For this purpose, AutoLab developed the necessary functions for importing and real-time processing of test bench data. In addition, plug-and-play features were implemented to enable seamless data transfer from the PLC to the control station, where the results can be quickly analyzed and processed using Excel.
